Who we are

Seagrass Digital Limited is registered in England & Wales (company number 14165794). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, under UK data protection law.

What we collect and why

If you contact us, we keep the details you give us, such as your name, email address and message, so we can reply and discuss working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or a contract if we work together. This site doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing and storage

We use trusted service providers to host this website and handle messages. They process data only on our instructions. Where data is processed outside the UK, it's protected by safeguards recognised under UK law. We don't sell personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and then delete it.

Google API data

Our internal tools have read-only access to our own Google accounts, such as Google Ads for keyword research and Search Console for our own sites. They don't access anyone else's Google data, and we don't share the data with anyone. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To use these rights, contact us through our contact form. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
